  1. This sample will create a sunken 3D effect for a text box on a 
  2. form.   It does not require the use of THREED.VBX.  By applying 
  3. the same priciples, you could create the same effect for any 
  4. standard control.  I did not write this and do not know who the 
  5. original author was, so unfortunately, I cannot give that person
  6. proper credit.
